bout the Role:
We’re looking for a dynamic Sales Executive to drive Techgen’s growth by connecting with potential clients and expanding our reach in IT solution deliveries. You’ll play a key role in understanding client needs, positioning our offerings, and closing deals.
Key Responsibilities:

Identify, reach out to, and engage prospective clients.

Conduct needs analysis and develop customized solutions across services like web/app development, cybersecurity, UI/UX, custom software, and AI.

Present proposals and demos; negotiate and close sales deals.

Maintain and nurture long-term client relationships, encouraging upsells and renewals.

Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.

Collaborate with marketing, delivery, and executive teams to align on strategy and improve lead quality.
Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of B2B sales experience in IT or technology services.

Proven record of achieving sales targets and managing sales pipelines.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Strong commercial acumen, responsiveness, and client-first orientation.
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience selling services in mobile or web development, cybersecurity, UI/UX, or AI.

Knowledge of CRM platforms and sales automation tools.
