Techgen Cyber Solution Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth for our software development, cybersecurity, AI, and digital solutions services. Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, email marketing, LinkedIn outreach, networking, and other lead generation channels.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
  • Understand client requirements and propose suitable IT, software development, cybersecurity, AI, and digital solutions.
  • Prepare and present business proposals, quotations, and service presentations.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Coordinate with technical and project teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and project discussions.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and sales activities in CRM systems.
  • Conduct market research to identify emerging business opportunities and industry trends.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Represent the company in business meetings, conferences, and networking events when required.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in Business Development, IT Sales, Corporate Sales, or a related field.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building abilities.
  • Experience with lead generation through LinkedIn, email campaigns, and outbound sales activities.
  • Understanding of software development services, cybersecurity solutions, AI services, or digital marketing is preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales management processes.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, IT, or a related field.
  • Experience selling IT services, software solutions, SaaS products, or cybersecurity services.
  • Knowledge of platforms such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Upwork, Freelancer, Clutch, or similar business development channels.
  • MBA in Marketing or Business Management is a plus.
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience working with international clients is an added advantage.
